Storage of PE float:
- The pipe floats have to be stored far from hearthplace and corrosive substance.
- When not use, the floats should be stored in clean and dry warehouse.
Maintenance of PE float:
- After installation of the pipe floats, check it once a month.
- Create a pipe float application file and regularly checking the working status of the floats.
- Periodic inspection: Float body-if there are cracks, or other abnormalities. Bolts – whether the bolts are loose, checking the number of bolts and washers, and it is better to do the point welding of the fixed bolt and washer.
