United States – Maintenance Dredging Of Flushing Bay And Creek, New York, Federal Navigation Project

Maintenance dredging of Flushing Bay and Creek, New York, Federal Navigation Project to a depth of -15 feet Mean Lower Low Water (MLLW) plus 2 feet of allowable over depth. The dredged material would be dredged and subsequently placed at a suitable, state-permitted upland site(s). Results of grain size analyses performed on samples taken from the shoals in 2020 indicate that the proposed dredge material is mostly silt and clay.
