The difference of DD fenders and DO fenders
There are two types inner hollow shape of D fenders. DD fenders come with D-shaped inner hollow and DO fenders come with O-shaped inner hollow. Do you know the main difference of DD fenders and DO fenders? That is the hole positions are different.

The hole of DD fenders can be on the front or on the side. The hole positions are depend on the project’s need.

DO fenders
The hole of DO fenders must be on the side. It’s the only choice. Besides, DD fenders’ performance are better than DO fenders. But they are all popularly installed on smaller port walls and on boats/small ships.
