After inspection by our QC and BV department, all our ID650 floating hoses are all ready to go. Rubber hose testing includes visual inspection, bending test, Pressure test. All test results meet the ISO standard.

The self-floating hose is suitable for the most extreme sea or mining conditions, it is Equipped with polyethene foam, the floating hose is set to the buoyancy of stacked materials.

This is the second order of ID650 floating hose from our long-term customer in Indonesia, all these floating hoses will be used in tin mining. We have witnessed the first batch of the floating hose at the site, and they work very well at sea. We have Controlled all details to meet customer’s request, before using our floating hose. Our customer purchased hose from a big brand company, the hose quality is good but the price is too high. Then we helped them solved this problem because our hoses are with good quality but much more competitive prices.

The available inner diameter of our floating hose ranges from 250mm to 1300mm, which can be produced upon customers’ requirements, Also various lengths and pressure ranges can be chosen. Meanwhile, our floating hose can also be armoured and ceramic to provide the highest wear resistance according to different working conditions.
