Short description: The contractor undertakes to carry out, with his own materials, at his own risk and expense the project “Klaipėda State Seaport Quay No. 1, Buriu g. 19, Klaipėda, reconstruction project. I stage of construction works “construction works and dredging works on the water according to the technical project submitted by the customer and transfer them to the customer and the port user, and the customer and the port user are obliged to accept and pay for the work done in a timely manner and quality in accordance with the parts and procedure specified in the contract. The part of works attributed to the Customer and part of the work allocated to the port user are specified in clauses 1.1 and 1.2 of the contract; 2) the indicative amount of dredging works planned for stage I (up to -14.90 m) according to the project of dredging works – about 57700 cubic meters.
