How To Install Cylindrical Fender?
The following steps are a general method for assembling and installing a cylindrical fender system. The actual fender design may vary depending on the situation.

1.Locate the anchor on the structure according to the layout on the drawing. |

2.Tilt the socket and check all threads before providing the fender bracket.Install the support frame before placing the cylindrical fender. |

3.Prepare a large enough work area to pre-install the fender, away from any cutting, grinding or shot peening. Place the fender on the carrier and pass through the hole through a soft sling. Very long fender may need to spread the beam. Attach the support chain, rod or bracket through the fender hole. |

4.The component weight is displayed on the drawing or available from DEERS，Lift the cylindrical fender assembly with a sling and be careful not to damage the rubber. |

5.In order to loosen the support chain, the cylindrical fender is provided to a higher berth surface than the final mounting position. |
 |
6.Attach the shackle to the support stand and do not forget to insert the separation pin.Slowly lower the cylindrical fender until its chain is tight. Check whether the chain angles on both sides of the bezel are equal. |
