An artificial island is being built in the city of Manila
Recently, in Manila City, Metro Manila, Philippines, adjacent to the coastal area in front of the Manila Ocean Park, a project of reclamation of artificial islands is underway.
The main content of the project is to take sand and fill it to form an artificial island with an area of about 155 hectares and a design engineering volume of about 22 million square meters. After the project is completed, it will help alleviate the contradiction between local land supply and demand and provide sufficient space for urban development.
