A Batch of Rubber Fenders Completed the BV Inspection Successfully

Last month we produced a batch of rubber fenders, including arch fenders and D fenders.

We are glad to share our rubber fenders successfully completed the BV inspection. The content of this BV test is the appearance, size, and compression inspection of fenders and accessories.

In terms of appearance, the fenders have two kinds of marks: DEERS, nameplate of production time and spray painting of customer name. BV inspector has checked the Logo and observed whether the appearance is smooth and cracked. Fender and accessories size measurement of a certain number of random selection, fender mainly measured the size of the whole and the installation hole, accessories according to the drawings for measurement, test results are within the tolerance range.

In compression test, a certain number of Arch fender were randomly selected, and the fender was placed flat on the compressor for test, and the compression deformation rate was designed. Through the sensor, the compression curve was generated on the computer, and the test results could meet the design performance parameters.

* Compression test simulates the deformation of fender when the ship is berthing at the wharf. The quality and performance of the fender can be intuitively seen through the compression curve chart and recovery efficiency of the fender after deformation.
