How to Install Arch Fenders？
Arch fenders are one of the best marine equipment and the best fender system. They can be used for small and mid-ranged ships and provide excellent quality service to the same. Next, we will introduce you to how to install the arch fender.
The following procedure is generic for the assembly and installation of Arch Fenders (also for MV Fender, and GD Fender). The actual fender design may vary from case to case. Nanjing Deers is available to assist with defining the best sequence and precautions to ensure a safe and successful job.
Installation Steps
- Pass plastic woven bags, cloth bags, or hemp rope through the mounting holes on the arch fender, and tighten the fender for lifting, not allowed to use wire rope or other hard metal chains for lifting.
2. Lift the arch fender towards the accurate location where the anchors are on the dock.
3. Corresponding to the embedded location in the dock, insert the washer into the mounting hole and tighten it with the bolt.
4. Tighten all bolts.
5. Clean up the installation traces, and smudge that may appear in the process, and finally complete the arch fenders assembly installation.
