How to repair marine airbags

Steps on repairing marine airbags:
1.After laying the airbag flat, locate the damaged position and extend it into the sub-type maintenance platform.
2.Drag the damaged position of the airbag to the middle of the maintenance platform.
3.Use a polisher to polish the damaged location of the airbag, and extend a gap of 10-20CM outside the breach (according to the size of the damage, the size of the polishing should be properly controlled).
4.When the damage is large, it is necessary to sew the damage with iron wire or the skeleton thread of the repairing material, and the small damage does not need to be sew.
5.Cut the repair material horizontally and vertically to the size of the damaged location (one piece is larger than the next piece), and then paste it, applying glue halfway, and finally attach the outer wireless rubber sheet (material for repair).
6.Polish the damaged area, apply glue and brush it several times with a brush.
7.Fit the material prepared in step 5 to the damaged and polished area. pave.
8.Put a piece of newspaper on the repair material, put the heating plate on the edge of the damaged place, put the jack in the middle of the heating plate and the repair platform, and put pressure on the manpower until it stops.
9.The heating plate is powered on with 220V voltage, and the heating plate starts to work at this time. Put the thermometer on the lower surface of the heating plate and observe the temperature change. When the thermometer rises to 140°C, it stops and immediately heats up (power off).
10.After the power is cut off, the temperature will rise a little bit. When the temperature naturally cools below 80°C, the repair will be completed.
11.Repeat the above steps to repair. If a large area is damaged, the placement of the hot plate needs to be pressed down 1cm more than the edge of the first repair.
12.Recycle all tools, cut off the power and pay attention to the safety of electricity.
