New Delivery of CONE1000H Rubber Fender

The first batch of CONE1000H rubber fender finished all the production last week. These fenders will be used in the port construction in Kazakhstan soon. Before the delivery, the fenders were inspected by BV and our client in our workshop. Besides the dimensional inspection, we also took the pressure testing under the witness of BV and our client. The deflection of the fender is 70%, the reaction force is 839KN and energy absorption is 440KN-M.

Our factory has a lot of advantages in the production of large cone fender, cell fender, cylindrical fender and arch rubber fenders. We have the completed equipment and the testing facilities.
