276pcs UHMW-PE pipes were delivered
A total of 276pcs UHMW-PE pipes were finished production and packaged after a long time working since last year. We started production for this order in August 2021 and finished the delivery of the 1st shipment of 180pcs pipelines before Christmas last year. This year after confirmation from our client, we finished the left 96pcs pipes finally. Now the 1st batch of UHMW-PE pipes is used well in their mining projects at the site with our pipe floats. Our clients tested the pipelines before they confirmed to go on with the production of the 2nd shipment. They are very satisfied with the performance of our pipelines.
Maybe you are know more about HDPE pipes than UHMW-PE pipes. Full name of the pipe is ultra-high molecular tube, it owns higher performance compared with HDPE pipes. Our clients used HDPE pipes on their dredging projects previously, but this time they awarded a large mining project, that make them need to find a higher-performance pipes. Finally they decided to use UHMW-PE pipelines, which is well known for its better wear resistance and used widely in various mining projects.
UHMW-PE pipes are also very easy to install with CSD and can be work on land or on the sea with pipe floats. It always appears in black color with 2pcs flanges on the two ends. In order to ensure good quality, besides inspection by our own QC department, we have also invited BV to do third-party inspections for each shipment pipes.
