14 units of Pneumatic fenders with LR inspection delivered to The United States

After 2 months of production, 14 units of pneumatic fenders have got ready. Their specifications are as follows: Dia1.5*L3.0M, Dia3.3*L6.5M, Dia4.5*L9.0M, and all used aircraft tires. All Nanjing Deers Pneumatic fenders comply with the requirements of ISO 17357, ensuring high performance and high quality.

Before the delivery and shipment of pneumatic rubber fenders, according to our customer’s inspection requests, each pneumatic fender was tested for performance to further inspect their qualities by Lloyd’s Register Group Limited (LR).

Test and inspection for pneumatic fenders include four parts: The material test of rubber, Dimensional Inspection, Air-leakage test, Hydrostatic-pressure test. All procedures are strictly controlled and completely meet the requirements of ship surveyors. We are very confident that the fenders will be used well by our client in the project.
